Our design process is the general framework of what to expect throughout the design project. The ultimate goal is to make the process easy and stress-free for you, and to deliver a result that will far surpass your expectations.
01 THE BRIEF
Every design journey begins with a brief—a thorough discussion of your desires and requirements for your new project. This brief establishes the framework and guidelines for the design.
After assessing your needs, we provide a Design Fee Estimate Proposal, detailing the scope, goals, fee, and timeline.
02 CONCEPT DESIGN
In the initial stages of the design process, we spend time researching and reflecting. During this period, we translate the brief into a set of concept boards and feasibility layouts that serve as a starting point, guiding the design direction throughout the project.
03 DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
This phase involves transforming the initial concepts into 3D visualisations and detailed plans that showcase the furniture, finishes, and fittings, bringing the design to life.
04 TECHNICAL PHASE
Once the design visuals are agreed upon, we produce detailed technical drawings and specifications recommending the right products, finishes and service providers to ensure the design can be realised to the budget we have agreed to.
05 PROJECT CO-ORDINATION
During this phase, we oversee the execution of the design work and materials we have developed and selected for you. We liaise with your General Contractor and Trades to maintain the integrity of the project, and ensure that the right materials are being installed as designed and approved.
06 STYLING & PHOTOGRAPHY
Once construction is complete, we style your space with selected furniture and accessories to perfect the design. We also work with a professional photographer to capture beautiful images of your newly transformed space.
